hi chaps in doing the efi route ive got a late erst engine with crank sensor a frst flywheel and ive got a 90 spec efi xr3i for bits im taking the hole loom out to put into my turbo

just a few questions what ecu do i use?? ive got a frst inlet to go on will the loom plug into this ok?? can i use the xr3i head??

what other bits will i need injectors sensors ect any help will be great
