alright mate if your taking training seriously you really have to look at food differently more as fuel high carb and protien depending on what your after carbs baked potatoes rice pasta ect protien chicken fish these are my main sources i eat every 3 hours from 5am - 6pm then nothing befor bed but a protein shake i do allow myself 1 night a week of kebabs curries and all you can eat chinese buffets tho but i feel i earn these LOL ive got a mate that cheats he jabs his legs with decca its funny as fuck when he hits a vein and cant walk all his hairs fell out and hes got spots all over him ironic hes a massive lad but cant take his top off for spots and blebs all over him fuck that shit each to thier own aye
