hi puss,

if you havent fixed this yet, here is what i would do :

1) uninstall msn , and re-install the version that worked for you.
2) check your soundcard settings , its probably a codec that caused the audio loss
and it'll also interfere with video.restore defaults for the card , if this doesnt work,
go to " add/remove programs " , remove audio drivers
and then re-install them.
