Looking into it further the JDM CTR is quoted as 215PS which is 212bhp and the UK one is 197bhp so a 15bhp difference. The JDM DC2 Teg is 200bhp and the UK spec is 187bhp so a 13bhp difference.
So although I originally got it wrong, the point I was trying to make is still the same.
And just for reference the DC5 is at 220PS, which is 217bhp.
The JDM cars are all setup to run on 105RON petrol as well. Which all helps.
The point i was making is that there are more differences between the civics than the integras.
ie jdm civic comes with recaro seats as standard, different cams, a lsd and less important things, where as the engines are EXACTLY the same as is the interior and gearbox in the dc2's with the only difference being cosmetic and a manifold plus the ukdm is better equiped tha a 96 spec jdm which blows your argument into the weeds. Yes the ukdm dc2 is better equiped than a 96 spec jdm fact
Anyway this thread is about a dc5 so why we arguing about what i prefer lol i never ssaid 1 was better just my opinion
