Default Noisy Followers after cam and followers change

Recently I have installed on my 1.6 CVH engine a new newman camshaft and a new set of hydraulic followers newman also.

I have noted that the engine is noisy and sounds as I have mecanical followers. At idle there is a very slight followers sound, but as I rev the engine the sound increases and at aprox 4.000 rpm it sounds like the followers aren´t adjusting properly.

I open the rocker cover to look the followers and they seem to be adjusted correctly. I don`t know what is the problem, or is normal that this followers are noisier than standards?

The camshaft is the newman Road phase 1 for CVH.

Anybody can help me please?
