Well again as i say if your fuel pressure is consistent that merely shows you the engine isn't consuming more fuel than the fuel pump can deliver, so if there are fuelling issues that will come down to other things like the engine management.

Obviously if there are management issues and the engine is running lean, once those are rectified you may well find the pump isn't up to the job but you can only test for that once you know the management is doing its job properly.
