i thought it was a presurised system, so this may explain why its chucking water out. have you tried it with cap the on?
was the left hand pipe as hot as the return flow?
with cap on sum of the water pipes start expanding as if there going to burst had one burst last week but just changed it thinkin it was just a dodgy pipe obviously not
got to be head gasket
