To do the mirrors the door cards need to come off, and you need a trim removal tool. If you don't the door card will come off and the plastic door pockets will still be attached to the door. Trust me...

half of that is rubbish.. the mirros have a seperate plastic cover for the bolts... no card removal..
the door pokets are screwed on.. in some cases clipped on... in most screwed.... and as for the motor.. yes they are riveted on... thats why i have a rivet gun and a small place atachment for it... just for those types of jobs...
