Hers and my missus statements were changed and their signatures forged to help him as well. The copper that attended the call and dealt with the case was a mason, as was the copper that gave the bloke a character reference. He was promoted to sargeant directly after the case was finished. As you can tell I don' have much love for the whole establishment...
