Ok, my shed of a corsa needs a drivers side sill, I picked one up today for £10 and I have an arc welder. I have done little bits of welding before but not replacing panels on a car.

I might have a go at the weekend. Any advice would be appreciated.

Don't say scrap it as I want to do it just to see if I can
