you say take them in the evening, does this give you trouble getting to sleep?
when you take the 2 pills together does it give you a real "awake" buzz? do you get a buzzy feeling that would be awkward at work etc?
i run 5k's mon-fri on my lunch usually, sometimes swap the run for 45min swim. will these pills really help me burn fat? im struggling to lose 7-10 pounds i put on at xmas!! and thats doing loads of running!
yeah they come from canada, only takes 3-5 days or so to be delivered though.
with sleep it all depends on the person really, i personally take them 7.30am'ish then again about 3-4pm, but they are a speed like drug so can keep you awake
on the first time i done them i lost about a stone in 3 weeks, they do supress your appetite, make you feel slightly hotter and can give you a slight 'wired' effect, its not too unbearable, just makes you slightly edgy, i find it goes after a few days of starting them.
caffeine can make you more dehydrated so up your water intake while using them during workouts especially.
