Biggest calls for a dry sump IMHO are more to do with cornering forces causes surge when on slicks, weight distribution, oil capacity, not really to do with the actual basic flow capability of the pump, which on a GT series turbo with a restrictor is actually under LESS strain on a 700bhp engine than it is while pissing gallons of oil through a standard T3.
