Quick question

Why didn't u just start the engine, get in the car, let it warm up and then take it off the limiter everywhere.

I think u have managed to worry yourself about nothing. If I am reading this correctly, your car has sat still for a while, and u didn't start it, u tested everything first. I would have just turned the key, warmed it up over a good few miles and then limitered it everywhere.
