If you've never taken them before then try one just by itself first ans see how you feel. I never took more than 3 a day, evenly spaced throughout the day.
I have used them before taking 3 three time per day and the last dose with 2 pro plus before the gym,I have been off them for a few weeks now but just starting on themn again
