Other day mate had his A4 running on 3, AA came out to him, coil pack fucked.
Turned out to be ignition amplifier, diagnosed by yours truly.

Last night a belt went, took all but cambelt, 3 in total.
AA chap came out, said should get you home with no charging (10 miles or so) and viscous fan will keep it cool.
Couple miles and it nearly overheats.
I'd have told him to stick blowers on full whack, but then battery wouldn't have lasted so fucked whatever...
Another AA chap comes out and tows him home.

How out of order was that?

Anyone ever complained to the AA at all?
