Eph' works well although im not a great lover of it as it makes me shake!

Best thing to do is try one first and see how you are of it, if you start feeling like your burning up, going to pass out or have a heart attck then sit down and relax......remember what you have taken and let the symptoms pass, about 3-4hrs.

If you get the shakes or find a slight pins and needles feeling in your feet, dont worry about it and carry on with it, that is if you dont mind those effects. Some folk dont get any sides, some get major. Take your first tab whilst at home and stay in for at least 1hr afterwards.
