I used to import them Dave, but aside from speaking to Ian at S/E the quick answer is no.
But, I do know of two peeps who's S/E's have holed pistons as
they have had fitted 'hypereutectic' (a special type of cast) pistons. The rod wouldn't necessarily be longer as it's the 'throw' of the crankshaft that provides the stroke. I've been messing around with these engines for a long time but (doh) never bothered to measure a 1.9 rod against a 1.6, but as I say I'm almost certain they are the same as indeed are the 2 litre ones. But they were only made for 2 years (97/98)which is why few people even know these ones exist.
