i put an item for sale in which some guy won from belguim.
on my listing i put prefered method of payment being only paypal,
postal order or bankers draft. so this guy sends me this

the IBAN and BIC code is a international payment.
I give you a exsample of a total payment taht ive than a couple of monts ago,and the iban code starts always with the land code :GB..

wot would you do???

should i relist and report him to ebay and resell the item???

surely he shudnt have won the item if he knew he cudnt pay by prefered methods.
