i've got a compton 17' x 21' which is 30m2 the maximum size i could have without planning or building regs, u need planning regardless of material even with a big shed!!

they do add value, i've been told both by an independant financial valuer and an estate agent.

mine cost about £1200 for the reinforced concrete base and then £3.5k for the actual building (this was five years ago) mine is "brick look" and pretty much catches everyone out.

like this: (but with white PVC and metal doors not wood LOL i'm to lazy to treat it)



the equivalent proper brick garage would have been in the region of £14k 5 years ago so god knows how much that would be now!
