The lower spolier only has the cut out to allow it to fit around the cossie spoiler where it meets the boot lid, plus a 'c' on its part number to differentiate it, otherwise its much the same thing as Tab suggests.
Many rs500s have decent looking lower spoilers because of this easy mod.
