Small update - after being offered a sale on the car which seems to have completely fell through (time wasters) i've decided to enjoy the car and buy another rs as well to keep me going for a while.

So i started the winter jobs early:

-Removed the rear bumper due to small bend in the centre, so i'm just waiting for the new painted item to return. The boot lock was sticking so i've stripped that apart and rebuilt it.



And the other bits i want to get done before xmas:
-Change window weather strips
-Remove alternator heat shield and thermostat housing and repaint
-Change both check straps on the doors
-Source a new distributor sheild

Had a small mark on the dash repaired and it's done to a very high standard




And i think i have found a completely standard part 90 spec G reg black erst to play with as well but more info after the weekend
