Ive not been on passionford during the period you mention, so I cant comment on anything a hacker may or may not have done as I havent seen what happened.
I find it unlikely though that you will establish any truth about a "hacker" from throwing a tantrum in the wrong section of them forum about someone who isnt in anyway connected to the "offence" in question, certainly seems an unusual method of investigation to use in a case of computer access violation.
