I have just read the whole thread now, so obviousley there were no speed cameras,but just by putting the vid up and hve your name against it,they must be taking that as some kind of admission of guilt.

If they are taking you to court about it and other people have been done for simula (see Redkops post above) then they must have a valid case against you in some state or form,you just have to make sure you have a brief whos better at the law than the cops.
