A chap driving a 1.2 Punto, got clocked at around 120ish. He was adament the car counld not pull such a speed. He contacted Fiat, and had his car indipendantly tested. End result. No conviction. You have prooven without reasonale doubt your car can't do that speed. The speed detector therefore must of been faulty.

Well waste the guys money if you want, its just happened to D*** even had him going the wrong way on the ticket, the brief said the judge wont believe a 14 year old car can do 169 either. As I said hes still serving his ban. Sorry chum you stay with your case in law & I will quote what actually happened in real life.
