am i missing something here where is the conlusive proof??


1)if as you say the said video has been cut etc to have your car in the vid p.c boffs can prove this so there is no way to be 100% sure it was your doing the speed??

2)your not in the vid!

3)the car is probably only going 120mph if u going by the speedo


as far as i can tell i half decent lawyer will get this thrown out no probs
