Saying your car wont do these speeds wont help the offence is exceeding the 70mph speed limit the 143 is the speed caught. D*** was caught doing 169 & was stated as going South on the motorway & not North the judge said whateverway you were going you were stopped exceeding the limit 2k fine/6 months ban. Get someone to represent you it stopped D*** going down for 3months.
