i think martin at reyland does a 600 hp turbo for £1000 on ebay then £500 for external wastegate.
would a standard crank and rods cope with it at no higher than 8k revs ?
for 650hp think you would need an exhaust manifold too, Also the inlet for £380 is a little more than that as you would need the 70mm throttle body £190 and there is also more to it as im sure mike will confirm all of this
