when i had one it took about 3 weeks to sort, they ended up sending me a new one because it was ' beyond economical repair ' according to microsoft, so after having 5 that got the the red ring of death and were ' beyond economical repair ' i gave up and bought a ps3 . tbh its a shame all the probs with them, because they are a great console, and i probs wouldnt have bought a ps3 if it wasnt for the probs.
