Visiting a few sites the other evening and I've managed to pick up a virus

My AVG and Norton both pick it up and get rid, but then about half hour later I get the message saying its back

I've just turned my system restore off and doing a virus check now to see if that will get rid permanently.

Its a Trojan Horse Dropper...

Anyone got a clue how to get rid of it?
