...Well....after 2 maps from Karl which failed to run the car and that aint a diss as S8 is new to him he tells me now!.......So i have used Simons base map with parts of Karls map......and wehey the map is now very very nice off boost,showing great AFR readings and generally smooth ....TBH its a pig to map as its all fooking numbers on DOS and makes your eyes go fuzzy

Fueling at the moment is a tad rich i guess at tickover around 6% co but hardly dangerous....but its a laboureous task of keep editing the figures I can see why Stu is mostly uptight,if he has too do the same x so many maps..least i only got one

So again SECS is proving a cool thing to have.......i can see why tuners have base maps and tweak accordingly as to write it from scratch would take fooking years ......I pity the bloke that invented the map


So Karl thanks for the initial help,but i am going it alone now that i am beginning to understand how it all works, so disregard e-mails,look after simons map i sent and use it on your next S8 experience,i could see where you went wrong...and can understand as arnt weber files hex???So converting a fuel table was imppossible surely???Ignition maybe easily converted.
