Chop.....at the moment I'm a nothingie - the top half of my body at the moment is fit for fuck all - took me about 15mins yesterday to take my jacket off.......today I'm sure its even worse! LOL!

Andy_R......can I have that in writing??? Wednesdays little gym stint has put me well out of action! LOL!
