can anyone explain to me what a part 18 request for further information means?

i've had to fill in one regarding the amount of money that goes in and out of my bank accounts, including credit cards etc as well as mortgages and all sorts of loans and the like as per a request from the defendant who hit me up the arse as i was approcahing a set of traffic lights in july 2006

they even want to know how much i paid for a replacement car and when i bought one and every car that i own at the time of the accident


i can't remember myself as i've got about 10 of the fookers all in bits and sorn'd all over the shop
