Apparently so mate... give it a try.

Your Ford tacho is watching the coil field, and the 2 amp wires are of course still connected to a coil each.
The voltage there is the same as it was on a std coil.
Makes perfect sense

JJ will be pleased too, as that should fix his as well then.


I thought from the fact you had bothered to develop a seperate output that the coilpacks must spike less or something like that, but obviously it was just to make it as easy as possible for people to fit?
