Hmm its getting abit quiet on that thread on Jcxp shawn, i think maybe everyones said their piece i reckon you should just get in touch with Dell and explain to them the problem, say you have spent a week(or however long) trying to sort it but you cant.

I dont suppose they gave you a vista disc did they?
