Heres what he said

"The problem is that he does not have Writing capabilities. Just reading. So when you are at the screen in the 3rd screenshot, click first on Advanced. Then on the "Owner" tab and then "Edit at the bottom of the window. Take ownership of the directiory. Then, close the windows until you are at the one window in the security tab (the one on the left of the 3rd screenshot) and now click "Edit" to edit the permissions. Then, select your username, and now that you are the owner of the file, you can change its permissions, so under your user, click "Full Control". (If you are applying this to all of C:\ which I suggest you dont, since that includes all system files and will take a LONG time. Just take ownership and full control over the directories he will be saving into.)

Now, close the windows (no restart is needed for this) and you're done!

Try and save into one of the directories you just took ownership and full control over."

By the 3rd screenshot he means this one

He made a good point of not taking ownership of the WHOLE c: because that will take forever, just do it for where ever you want to save in
I hope that sorts it out for you, you shouldnt really have to be messing about with file permissions though, has anyone been playing around on it or kids?
