Only kidding, go onto control panel, user accounts and then click on change account type(hover the mouse over the text to see where to click) and then hit continue, then check your set to administrator and not standard user.
It's not my fault if you're still on here at that time!

Have checked that, it's already set as admin. I am the only account user on there and 'admin' level is default with 1 user by the looks of it, which is what you said in the 2nd post.

Ram usage: I thought it might be ok as there's lots of things running in the background all the time, but thought I'd ask whilst it was on the pic.
