Only kidding, go onto control panel, user accounts and then click on change account type(hover the mouse over the text to see where to click) and then hit continue, then check your set to administrator and not standard user.

50% ram(or memory) usuage is fine, im just sat on windows live messenger and firefox and im using nearly 40% of my 2GBs of ram, its normal for vista as it uses alot more memory than xp/me etc, especially with the funky Aero glass turned on, so dont worry about that
