yes take the actuator rod off the turbo wastegate its got like a round point which the end of the bar fits in then turn that longer to reduce boost shorter to add boost i would say turn it 1 whole turn anticlock wise to add about 2-3 psi then get a pair of pliers pull the rod from the actuator it will be on a spring load and put it back on the wastgate then put nut back on and tighten nut up easy as that
