right here we go ,about 4 weeks ago did some work on a clients car for him, he came in and says he aint got all the money to pay at the time as he is a window cleaner and needs his car to earn the money to pay me

stupidly i let him take it and all has been well for 3 weeks giving me part payments untill now , he wont answer his phone , hes never in when we can get him on the phone he promises to come and pay then dosnt show,

question is, im a registered locksmith and can easily pick his car lock, can i immobalise his car legally to prevent him using it till hes payed, my invoices all state parts are ours untill payed for.

really pissed off now as he owes me 400 quid
