Hi
1 and 4 will both be up and 2 and 3 will be down. Ensure tdc mark on end of crank is lined up.
No 1 is closes to cam pulley) if i remember right) so values on 1 will be closed and value at 4 will be on the rock. Or look in haynes book and see where no 1 fires then align rotor with point on dizzy cap for no 1.If you are lining the marks up on head and cam pulley then check on one of the points before and see if you have 1 firing and not 4.
