OK well after being in a shitty place & time in my life have decided to suck it up & move on wiht shit!
Have decided I am gunna re-join a gym as i have bugger all to do on week nights & weekends anymore & now i dont have a gf i have a lot of xtra energy to burn!
Last time I regulary visited a gym i got very fit & was able to lift quite a lot but still remained a skinny coont just very tight!
Need to get fit agian as a walk to the car nearly kills me now!

but I would also like to build muscle & get bigger which obviously involves weight gain!
So what sort of foods should I be eatin & how should they be cooked!? also do these weight gain drinks/shakes work!?
