Ordered a PC from then nearly 3 weeks ago and they finally delivered today after giving us 3 false days

Open it: Couriers have damaged the thing, putting a massive dent in the case, bending the chassis which meant the back panel with all the sockets on etc buckled shearing off the HDMI PCI card detatching it from the computer

The only way it could have been caused from what I can tell is that it was hit by the fork of a forklift truck. So now DEsktop Option are sending thr courier to pick it up so they now have to build me a complete new system. Of course the courier incident isnt their fault but it means I will have to wait an age for another computer
