new turbo fitted and has now blown!!!!!!!!!!!

apparently intake hose not fitted correctly creating a gap which has ingested something thru turbo unit

would the vehicle A been able to have been mapped with this apparent fault?

B run correctly and maitain proper boost ,car was set up to run to around 340bhp not a ford by the way


would like some opinions from people in the know please
