Slightly off topic, but i reported this really wierd looking guy to the plods yesterday, he was standing next to a playground staring the girls playing in there and really really fidgeting and rubbing his hands, it was proper scary, looked a bit odd tho in a fleece and track bottoms considering how hot it was
