the thing is that you are confusing real life illegalness with movies that are accepted as being real life story that have been recreated for the public

it's like saying crimewatch recreations are guilty of showing people whats happened in the past and we should arrest the actors playing the parts

if you are watching something that is illegal then you should be charged as an accesory, simple as that
the fact that you have watched something on the computer and havent notified the authorities that there is dubious content in what you are watching should set alarm bells ringing

i've seen stuff on thingslike youtube and osme of the torrent sites that made me think "perhaps thats not something that i want to be watching" and then i make sure i avoid anything of that sort in the future
how many times have you clicked on a link that says "free stuff" and then be faced with someone waving a dick on the screen?
accidentaly seeing osmething is one thing, activly seeking it out (if you are you should be informing someone in authority that oyu are and have a justified valid reason for doing so just in case you get fingered by plod) is another

on the flip side, he was cleared of grooming the under aged girl he was supposed to be boinking on the sly
