I know And as soon as I took out the wires bridging the headlights to the sidelights it worked fine and has ever since?????!!!!! Something to do with ignition lives I suppose. The LED on the alarm was all screwy too, only going the right colour with the door open etc.

With the clock, Chris, the guy who had it before me used it like a turbo timer, every time he stopped, he'd open the door to reset the clock, wait for the clock to tick up to the desired number of minutes and turn the car off

The electrics on these cars never cease to amaze me.
