doubt its got anything to do with being scared of being called a racist. whos job would it be to tell them? everyone in the effected areas are in a state of emergency and its sort of survival of the fittest sadly... as human nature doesn't allow us to work together in times of crisis.

im sure if anyone went up and filled buckets they'd get away with it.

the most fucked up thing is the people leaving the taps on those water tanks open now surely the people doing it live in those effected areas how screwed up can lil chavs get?
