agreed with that man, thing is thiers that many developing countries i dont think what good the nations that cut back would do would outweight what developing countries will put back in look at china now biggest poluter powerstations (coal burning) being thrown up, all other developing countries will have to go same route to develop = industrial polution on a masive scale?
