This planet will outlive humans way beyond when we've killed ourselves off.

I believe we are certainly contributing to changes in our climate, but to the point of cataclismic planet implosion, No.

I also don't necessarily believe that recent 'freak' weather is a result of climate change. THese events have been occuring for millions of years.

I think our impact is overexagerated, however we all have a very nice life, have petrol to put in the cars etc and these are fuelled by finite resources which should be managed accordingly.

We do have to get out of this wasteful mentality, not to save the planet but to save resources and money...............
