Reason i know this is that we have a new Human resources manager at our works.... Before she came here just over a month ago we heard on the grapevine she was an expert at following the rules and getting people sacked...

She's now in her 6th week and she has followed the rules and sacked five employees for being off work for different reasons (pulling sickies, skiving, not doing job correctly)

To be honest they all deserved it, one person in particular hadn't done a full rosta all year without having time off with sickies... He had the easist job in the plant and he couldn't even do that fucker properly. I had no sympathy for him when i saw him with HR staff emptying his locker... Got what he deserved.

Luckily our contract gives them 90days money when they leave....
